BENTA is another one of my earlier set of illustrations. For a time, I had a knack for making illustrations that had a vintage look to them. I liked using mute, warm palettes for the illustrations, incorporating distressed linework, and applying halftones to these pieces. Since these illustrations were some of my earlier digital work, they were more exploratory—and I was drawn to frequently illustrating food at the time.
